Careers at Easefolio®
Help us rebuild fund administration from first principles.
We're a small team of engineers and former asset managers replacing spreadsheets, legacy admins, and five-day turnarounds with real-time software. Join us early; the surface area is enormous.
Why join
We felt this problem before we built the product.
Easefolio was started by people who ran investment vehicles and lived the operational pain: ownership tracked across spreadsheets, reports outdated before they were sent, waiting on administrators to understand your own fund.
We're building the platform we wished existed: a real-time operating system for multi-asset funds. The problems are deep (accounting engines, ownership math, tax data structures) and the customers are demanding. If that sounds fun, we should talk.

How we work
Our operating values
01
Accuracy is the product
We handle people's money and their taxes. Being right beats being fast, and we work until we're both.
02
Talk to fund managers
Everyone, engineers included, spends time with customers. The best roadmap is a GP's frustration.
03
Small team, full ownership
You'll own problems end-to-end, from design to deploy. No handoffs, no committees, no waiting.
04
Default to transparency
It's what we sell to our customers, so we practice it internally: open metrics, open decisions.
Benefits
Taken care of, so you can build.
